I give them a 4 plus rating for customer service, I’ve had my armadillo mailbox for years. The red flag got broken off. I no not how that happened.
Anyway I looked at the information inside the box as to where to call/text to see about a new red flag.
I was told they have the plastic ones that were free of charge and he would mail me a new one. Well. The next day I got it.
Response for my problem was fantastic.
